3.1 With Buyer Partners
When a call is transferred to a buyer partner, the buyer receives the caller's phone number and IVR qualification data necessary to conduct the call. Buyer partners are contractually obligated to handle caller information in compliance with applicable laws including TCPA, FTC regulations, and their own privacy policies.
3.2 With Publisher Partners
Publishers receive performance data tied to their own campaigns including call counts, billable call rates, and payout amounts. Publishers do not receive identifying information about other publishers or buyers beyond what is necessary for their own account management.

3.5 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, partner and operational data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected partners of any such change in ownership or control.
4. Call Recording and Monitoring
All calls routed through the InflowX network may be recorded for quality assurance, compliance verification, and dispute resolution purposes. By participating in the InflowX network as a buyer or publisher, you acknowledge and consent to call recording as a condition of network participation.
Buyers are responsible for disclosing call recording to callers in accordance with applicable federal and state wiretapping and recording consent laws. InflowX's IVR flows include recording disclosure language; however, buyers must ensure their own compliance obligations are independently satisfied.
5. TCPA Compliance
InflowX operates in strict accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FTC regulations governing telemarketing and inbound call generation. All publisher partners are required to certify that their traffic sources are compliant and that callers have expressed intent to be contacted by a tax debt relief specialist.
Publisher partners who generate calls through non-compliant methods, including calls from consumers who have not opted in or expressed intent, are subject to immediate account suspension and removal from the network.
InflowX does not initiate outbound telemarketing calls and is not responsible for the compliance practices of independent publisher partners beyond the contractual requirements imposed at onboarding.
